Physiotherapy Treatment

I am able to include the cost of limited amounts of resistance band and taping products within the treatment costs. I also carry a select amount of therapy equipment to use within treatment sessions. If equipment is to be left with you, a deposit may be requested.

Personal Training sessions

Equipment needed for face to face sessions can be provided if needed. Advice on equipment needed for independent training can be given, or exercise adaptations found if you do not wish to purchase specific exercise equipment.
